It seems like the actual "processing" of the video input itself is messed up. This happens on HDMI, VGA, Component, Composite. All settings in the menu appear to be working correctly. I've done a settings reset and left the projector unplugged for hours, with no improvement.

I'm guessing I'm screwed and some entire PCB in the projector needs to be replaced... Which would probably be prohibitively expensive compared to just buying a new projector :\
