Sony Walkman NWZ-E353: Why does it get stuck with 6.2 GB of space left, and stop?

This is a used MP3 player. I first deleted some of the music on it, and added my own. It proceeded to LOSE all of the music. I factory reset it, reformatted it, and now I can only add about about 7.8 GB of music. It's a 16 GB device, which means it has 14.7 GB of available space. I've reset it 3 times, and run into the same problem each time. Can I fix it somehow?

Sony Walkman NWZ-S764: My player has no volume controls! the buttons do nothing!

The volume controls have vanished from the player. The player appears to be muted at all times. pushing the volume up and down buttons turns the screen on, and that is it. the bar that appears at the top of the screen does not come up. i went into the service menu and played around there, but that didn't help. while i was there, i learned that there is nothing wrong with the actual buttons. the 1khz sound that can be played in the menu works in this mode.

notably, when bluetooth is activated, the volume works as normal, but the instant bluetooth is deactivated, it is as it was before.

i really need help with this issue. any help is greatly appreciated.

Sony Walkman NWZ-S764: I have a broken screen, need help!

i have a sony bluetooth nwz s764 bluetooth device from many years ago. and i would love to listen to the music on the mp3 player, music which is now unavailable on the web. the screen is not working and i have an aftermarket usb connector that works. i dont have the headset or any other OEM equipment. but i do remember that when u start the mp3 player if the headset isnt connected u needed to hit the back button a couple times to exit bluetooth connection mode and then when your back at the main screen you need to get to pc mode. which i think is, hit the down key once and then hit enter twice, once to go into the menu and the next to enter PC mode, but i cannot remember if going down once will enter the menu or not. its been a long time. im trying to remove the music and put on my phone. I have tried it but it hasn't worked yet. if you can give me any more detailed information on how to enter pc mode without a screen that would be awesome. and all the music on the mp3 player is music from when my mother passed and i really want to listen to the songs again... thanks for you help...
