Hi, I have a Sony MDR-ZX110 Headphone, its basically new and have only used it for a couple weeks.

Last night I tripped over the headphones and after reconnecting them sound from the left side had gone. Right side is working perfectly.

I checked the entire wire and kept wiggling it starting at the port all the way up to the speaker connection, at no point did I hear any connection, as is expected with broken wires if at some point a connection is made sound may come back.

I opened the heaphones to reveal the wire connection to the speakers and tested using a multimeter the connections and the port. The left side gave no repsonse on the resistance test indicating a broken connection someplace.

Is there any way to fix this? Thank you

Both the phase and ground wires are at the correct position and soldered well...but its not working..why..?

My Headphones Sony-Mdr zx-100.

Left speaker is not working. I opened it wires are pretty fine. but,Speaker is not working. I checked the speaker poles(+ve &-ve) with multimeter,there is no continuity in poles. I think the speaker winding is cut off. Can anyone fix this, please help!

I have checked the continuity of the wire using multi meter...... the continuity is okay but i'm not able to hear any audio output from my right side driver of the headphone...if i'm able to get the continuity is there any problem with my driver?

Please help me in fixing this issue.

Sony MDR-ZX100: The earbud detached from the head band

The ear bud piece of the headphones has detached from the head band. There was a tiny rod that connected the two pieces but that is now gone. Both ear buds still work bit the left side is detached.

While I was attempting to fold the headphones, the left earcup broke off and detached from the headband. I noticed the other earcup has a small pin holding it in place, but I seem to have lost the one for the left earcup. What is this pin called, and is it possible to replace it/fix it?
