Sony MDR-X05: Right side speaker not working

Sony MDR-XB920 headphones. Right side speaker stopped working for no obvious reason. (ie: no wires were pulled, it wasn't dropped or anything of that nature). Took it apart, no loose connections. I'm at a lose at this point what to check next. Further troubleshooting ideas would be appreciated.

I listen to a lot of Rock music and tend to put the volume to the highest. One day I realized that there is a buzzing or rattling sound with the music, are my speakers blown?

Sony MDR-X05: How do I remove the headphones from the box easily?

I have just purchased the Sony MDR-X05 and removing them from the box has been challenging as there are so many wires and I am afraid that I may pull the headphones out too hard and damage them, is there a proper way to remove the headphones from the packaging?

Sony MDR-X05: Ear cup swivel broke, is there a replacement or..?

The swivel where you can turn the ear pieces 45 degrees broke on one side from a dog. clean plastic snap. Is there any way to repair? it is super glued in place and not abe to swivel, but I am curious! Thanks

I fell and i had my head phones with me but but the left side it got switched so now one is facing the other and the left side is upside down.

Sony MDR-X05: My wire is ripped off

I was walking today to go catch my bus and I fell, and when I wanted to step back up I accidentally stepped on the cable and it got ripped off. Basically the cable with the plug got detached from the intersection where the 2 wires go into 1. I would really like to repair the wires but I have 0 experience, how do I do that?
