My service is fine because I'm able to call someone but they aren't responding to what I'm saying. I've tried resetting the phone but to no avail.

My phone was working perfectly a few hours ago, but when I went outside after a while it just turned off suddenly. I've been trying to charge it, but it just won't charge at all what should I do?

Sony Ericsson Xperia Pro MK16A: How can I fix phone's touch screen?

The screen has a small crack on it and isn't working around that small part. It's exactly around where I would have to open my phone by swiping.

Is there a way to change/fix the touch screen? If so; how?

is it possible to manually upgrade the XPeria Mk16i OS from Android Ice Cream Sandwich to Kitkat (ROM)? And if yes: what is the recommended procedure?
