Sony DSC-RX10M3: Advice on Main board replacement

problem 1: need to replace my broken one inside the camera

Problem 2: camera repair centers say authorized Sony repair centers wont accept used parts, such as the used main board I have to put in the camera

what do you think? Do I absolutely need to buy a new part?

I own a Sony DSC-RXM4. The motor for the zoom control parks the lens in the 600mm position (ie fully extended) when sitched off or changing to "sleep mode" and it is not possible to change the position manually. Can this fault be repaired?''
