Nothing seems to be working on the stereo. It lights up and is on a station but there is no sound. Nothing I do seems to work. When I hit the CD eject buttom the whole thing shuts off. Strange

Whenever I open the door, step on the accelerator, or connect to the bluetooth. The volume goes to Max all by itself. Also if I just have it on for awhile it will do it I have rewired outside checked relays in grounds in the vehicle. Also replace fuses, Any other ideas

Sony CDX-GT565UP: CD eject button turns it off/on. Also if you hold the CD ebutton down

CD eject button turns the radio on or off. Also you have to hold the eject button down to turn the volume up or down. Nothing else works.

So to begin with my head unit wouldn’t appear in this post options it’s a Sony mex 5300bt and my question is as follows. I recently upgraded my speakers and I had 3 working.. so I thought yeh okay I’ll get the forth one in and bobs your uncle, installed the forth then went to test it and all of a sudden I had no sound what so ever in my speakers, checked fuses, wires all good, head unit still powers but I just don’t get any sound :/ cause?

The system automatically changes modes or settings due to vibrations. It works for a while correctly. But, after a while it either changes the modes or turns off. What should be done on this ?
