Sony Bravia KDL-40CX520: Sony TV stuck at parental pin set up page &remote unresponsive

Basically a couple of buttons on my old remote started to be unresponsive to the point that the whole unit wouldn't do anything atal, it was falling apart so I ordered a new remote but reasons unknown I did a hard reset on my TV & now wants me to set a parental pin, however now the new remote is unresponsive & I don't have nemerical buttons on the side of my TV, I know the remote works because it works on another Sony TV of mine, I'm no electrician, but im thinking the problem lies with the infra red receiver sensor thingy on the front of my TV, no one seems to know how I can get past this page or get my remote working again, it's a Sony Bravia LCD 2011 btw 😭

Hi, I have Sony Bravia KDL-40W605B and it has flickering (with solor change). It has soung and picture and everything works fine but have duplication of colors/pictures. Any idea what can it be? See picture in attach (I tried to update lastest SW and make factory reset but no changes). Thanks!
