Please try again later", and a similar thing happens when I try to connect to Amazon Prime Instant Video.

Is there anything I can try to fix them?

I've unplugged it & when plugged back in it reverts to opening screen (Sony) I am not able to turn off the player either manually or with remote. What to do. Thank you.
