<title><![CDATA[Sony BDP-BX520: Why can't my blu-ray player stream Netflix or Amazon Prime?]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>My Sony 3D  Blu-Ray player keeps giving me the message &quot;Sorry, we are unable to reach the Netflix service. Please try again later&quot;, and a similar thing happens when I try to connect to Amazon Prime Instant Video.</p>

<p>Is there anything I can try to fix them?</p>

<title><![CDATA[Sony BDP-BX520: Interrupted Firmware Update & now player will not turn off]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>The update got interrupted &amp; now the player will not turn off. I've unplugged it &amp; when plugged back in it reverts to opening screen (Sony)  I am not able to turn off the player either manually or with remote. What to do. Thank you.</p>
