Any recommendations for optical port replacement - I don’t know where to get the replacement part for the port (a lot of “p”s sorry). Anything would help. It is a Sonos Playbase.

Sonos Playbase: Play base chime not working to allow connection

My playbase can’t connect because the chime won’t work for it to be recognised. Tried reset, ethernet still won’t work. Is it my speakers that are causing this?

Sonos Playbase: How to repair or replace the wifi antenna?

The wifi antenna has gone bad in my Playbase and I can only connect to my system if I use an ethernet cable. Sonos no longer makes the Playbase and offered to replace it with an inferior Sonos Beam which costs half the price. I've decided to keep my Playbase and just connect it via ethernet but it would be nice to repair the wifi antinna.

My playbar suddently got quiet, No lights or any, normal use...

Try to reset as well, No light indication.

I did call sonos, they asked me to send it back and I will get 30% discount to buy a new.

(Waste of money, anyone now where to buy some parts????)

Sonos Playbase: Small rattle from front of play base.

On certain lower bass tones, I can hear a tiny but annoying rattle from the play base. I’ve narrowed the noise down to the front of the unit where the sonos logo is. Is there any fix for this? (I’m well past the warranty period, so I’m not eligible for a replacement

It seems that with the playbase specifically, that people are having trouble with the wireless card breaking. Can some please show me and others how to replace it so that if it does happen after the warranty is gone, we wont have to waste so much money fixing it. Thanks!
