Sonos Play 1: Blown capacitors on Sonos Play 1

Both caps on the high voltage side are blown. PCB markings MOV301 and TH301. At least I suspect they are both capacitors... hard to see since they are burned out... does anyone know what to order and replace with?

Sonos Play 1: Sonos Play:1 mid-woofer vibration noise.

I recently picked up a pair of Sonos Play:1s from OfferUp and wouldn't you know it? Both seem to be blown.

Let me explain, whenever I play a song with ANY bass to speak of I get this terrible noise like you would hear if you put a vacuum hose up to a ribbon while holding it. It makes a sort of distinct vibrating sound.

Naturally, since these have no warranty to speak of, I opened them both up. To my surprise there appears to be no superficial issues with either of the mid woofers. I went ahead and tested each of them outside of their cabinets and to my surprise they sound exactly as expected (really good). This made me curious. So I went ahead and put my finger over the hole in the back on the speaker (picture below)

When I placed my finger over this hole I noticed that awful vibration noise immediately! This made me wonder if the speaker was having issues with compression. So then I went ahead and put the speaker back into the cabinet but didn't put the back cover on the cabinet. The sound (likely due to lack of compression) was slightly weaker than I would expect for a Sonos Play:1 but the vibration noise wasn't present. Shortly after, I placed the back cover over the back of the cabinet and pressed firmly against it and the same vibration noise was back again.

I know several people have had a very similar issue with their Sonos products. I assume this is an issue with the mid woofer and not due to the compression within the cabinet.

All of that to ask, does anyone know why the mid woofer can't handle the cabinet's compression? Do I need to just replace them or can I fix the issue?

Thanks!

Sonos Play 1: My SONOS Play 1 speaker does not power up.

my SONOS Play 1 speaker does not power up. I opened it up and found blue Capacitor 360 was blackened and it looks as though the square black component nearby, 03N60C3 / GA1 530 also looks fused. I have attached some pictures. Any idea where I might find the replacement parts. Thank you very much in anticipation.

The volume (+) button of my Play:1 has lost its clickiness. It is still working, but not realiable and I cannot feel any haptic feedback like a click. Maybe there is some dirt or dust beneath the button.

Is it possible to remove the volume buttons without disassembling the whole unit?

Sonos Play 1: Not fully booting/rebooting after 1 minute

Hi,

My device has power, well only for maybe 1 munitue then it reboots, the reboot is very quick, the power off portion is a split second as the light does not turn off for any priod of time

The reason I know its a reboot as the light flash is not at the right interval when the reboot occurs.

If I plug the device in it flashed white perminently, Ive left it switched on for a couple of days and never goes to any other light

Ive held the play/pause button, I get the flashing orange light but only for a souple of seconds until the device reboots and goes either back to a flashing white or if i keep holding the play/pause a flashing orange.

I am trrying to work out if it is the software rebooting it or a power issue, can anyone reccoment any tests/test points I can check
