Sonos Play5: Damage from falling on concrete

My speaker fell about 5 feet onto a concrete paving stone outside my back door. I think it must have landed on its top left corner as there is a small amount of damage there. It still works, but it rattles and distorts near that corner, more the louder the volume, and particularly the low frequencies (drumming and bass). Any suggestions?

Sonos Play5: My Sonos Play5 stopped working.

My Sonos Play 5 stopped working. There was no impact or other external physical incident that could be responsible for its sudden demise. The little white light on the top does not come on when plugged in - it is just dead!! It is possible to repair a Play 5? I live in Vancouver, Canada - does anyone know of a electronics repair place that could help solve this mystery?
