Sonos Connect: My Connect won't 'boot' and does not show up in the controller's list

My Connect was working perfectly but then dropped off the controller list of 'rooms' or 'zones'. The white light was not showing.

I have tried to reboot it by switching off for several minutes but when I switch it back on the white light comes on for approximately 4 seconds then goes off. No other colour lights show. I have tried the 'reset' (switch on whilst holding mute button) but it still shows the white light for 4 seconds then goes out.

I have tried with my other Sonos speakers all switch off, with the unit connected via ethernet and without, with a speaker connected via ethernet etc but no change. The unit still gets just as hot and the optical port has a red light inside and the ethernet ports both seem active when plugged in (green and orange lights)

Sonos Connect: Sonos Connect won't light up when plugged in - no power?

Hello!

I have two similar devices, both with the same issue — a Sonos Connect and a Sonos ZP90.
Neither device will power on—when plugged in, the light on the device doesn’t come on, it won’t connect to the network and won’t operate (at least, so it appears). It seems like the device itself in both cases isn’t receiving power—I’ve tried multiple outlets and power cables to power the devices, but with no luck (so it’s the device in both cases.) Is it possible that there’s a blown internal fuse that I can replace, or a burned out power supply or something similar that’s replaceable? Thanks!

Sonos Connect: Product not found - S1 setup not working - bluetooth broken

I recovered my Sonos Connect (2013) sleeping beauty from the basement (I did not try to kiss it) and wanted to set it up again from scratch, with the S1 app. I factory-reset it, rebooted it, but the app cannot find it. I tried with the app on the iPhone and iPad. Sonos support says the bluetooth must be broken, I can get a voucher for a discount on a new one. Any ideas how I(can)Fixit?
