Solid State Logic SSL 2: My card only allows recording a few seconds.

Stop using my I stopped using my device for a while, today I reconnected it, updated the driver and software and now it only allows me to record a few seconds, It seems as if the power is gone, I thought it was because I moved the knob on the headphones but it is constant, I already changed both the microphone and the input headphones but they do the same thing. I could fix it myself, or I could take it to a service center, although I can't find any authorized centers in Mexico. I'd appreciate any help.
