I have yet to find a repair online as well, and trying to search by brand brings up a kids tablet that doesnt match the tablet I have AT ALL! Does anyone know how I go about opening this thing up so I can repair it??

After the driver letter changed, the tablet couldn't start. maybe the tablet was affected by the virus.
