Skyworth: My skyworth E3000 Series TV screen is black faint?

I have Skyworth E3000 Series TV, has been working fine but yesterday went to turn it on and screen is black. I can see a faint pictures if I hold a flash light up to the screen and the sound works fine.

What can I do?

Symptoms:

Intermittent white vertical lines flashing/flickering, especially during scene changes.
Picture corruption only; audio remains normal.
Issue occurs with regular daily use and resolves temporarily if the TV is left unused for one to two weeks

Troubleshooting already attempted:

Factory reset.
Power cycling (short and extended).
Software update.
Tested with a single input source (DVD player).

Based on the symptoms, I suspect a failing T-Con board, but it may be something else. Looking to find out what I need to source and where to source it.
