I have two phones that got soaked with rockstar. I let them dry out for a few days. Both of them tried to turn on, but didn’t I noticed both of the batteries on the now swollen are they salvageable if I replace the batteries or are they still garbage I don’t waste the money to find out.

How do I fix the problem of my phone while plugged in will turn on to the battery symbol off and on off and on off and on but will not turn completely on
