So i Just bought the skullcandy crusher wireless and am really happy with it, hut i seem to have this one porblem, whenever i listen music on lower volume, around 25 % the bass tends to Just turn off randomly. And will only work well with the bass slider on or above 50%. When i lower the bass it works for a little While and then it Just seems to turn off, and when i push it up halfway it Just turns on again. Again this is only on lower volume, on higher volume it workshop flawlesly.

Skullcandy Crusher: Skullcandy Crusher Haptic Feedback makes a weird cracking sound

I have a pair of crusher wireless headphones. When I turn up the haptic feedback slider I get a weird cracking noise in the left headphone. It sounds like the bass driver is hitting the plastic or something. I had a pair of crusher wireless headphones before and I sent them back because it had this same issue. I’m wondering if there’s a way to fix this cracking noise or if the headphones are blown or what. I blew any debris out of the drivers, so that’s not the problem. Any help would be amazing. Thank you

Skullcandy Crusher: The "Sensation Driver" doesn't seem to work.

Ok, so I’ll try to keep it simple, I have Skullcandy Skullcrushers “Wired” version. The cell that was inside hasn’t been changed for a long time (Roughly 1-1.5 years), I recently changed the cell and played music but I came to notice that the “Sensation/Bass” Driver isn’t working… I tried to rotate the cell (Thinking that, the cell connectors might be the reason) It failed, I tried soft thumping the earpieces on my headphones(Thinking that some wire might be loose…) it failed too. So I am looking for some solutions to this problem. I haven’t opened my headphones yet, but I plan to open them to get a quick look inside, I just wanted to ask that is it possible that the cell that was already inside for a long time may have damaged the Bass driver?
If yes, then what can I do? Is there any replacement available? Can I repair them manually? Are they gone for good?
If not, then please help me out because I’m clueless.

P.S.: I extended two wires connected to the cell, and tried to rub it over the “Sensation Driver” I tried both the polarities, Now I know that the sensation driver is still alive. Let me know what can I do next, please help!

Skullcandy Crusher: What's wrong with my crushers? Low sound no bass

Not long ago my dog was a pup and when I came home he had my Skullcandy crushers in his mouth. At first I thought he just shredded the ear cups but I was wrong. They've had low sound and no bass at all with or without the slider up. My boyfriend had got them for me as a gift and not long there after he killed him self. These headphones are dear to me and I won't get rid of them and I don't have the paper work or whatever I probably need to have the warranty or whatever replacement. I want this pair repaired. I could probably do it myself if I figured out what the issue is idk where to start I don't want to just tear them apart and never get them back together
