Skullcandy Air Raid: I have no power and it wont turn on

We had our speaker sinc'd up with 2 devices and then cancelled one out and added a different one. The speaker was working fine. We did not use the speaker in 6 days and when we turned it on today we get 3 flashing green LED lights by the on and off button. They blink for approx 2minutes and then the system shuts off, blinking stops and it is dead? Our devices say paired but the speaker is completely dead? We have power in the outlet and the cord and we have only owned it for 2months? What could be the problem? Is there a fix?

I pressed the volume up and down button and than the front light turned off. Now i can't switsch it back on. The battery lights only light up when i charg the device.

I reset my device (plus sign with center button). Pair my ipad, but all i hear is a very slight static/hissing/white noisish sound despite the music runnning on the ipad.

The product itself works perfectly fine, but I dropped the speaker(skullcandy product). One of the two speakers is perfectly fine but the other one the magnet poped off. Although I managed to put it back on, it sounds fuzzy.
