Shredder: AmazonBasics Paper Shredder B005QAQFFS - Motor works but not rotating

I've got an AmazonBasics Paper Shredder Model No. B005QAQFFS. The motor turns on, but it is not rotating. I would love to fix it, since it has had very low usage. I don't see a repair guide for this model, and I'm wondering if I can use the guide for another AmazonBasics Paper Shredder to repair it? Or if anyone point me in the right direction to attempt to fix it?

My Wolverine shredder model SD9101 won't work in forward but does work in reverse. I've cleaned it, but now 'm pretty sure I need to replace the sensor but can't find anywhere that lists parts for it. Then I'll need a guide on how to take out the old and install the new. Can you help me with that?

Shredder: Why did the shredder overheat at the same time ready?

I was working for hrs, and the shredder overheat twice and I let it rest but then when it is ready to use again, I start shredding papers. While shredding, as I was putting once piece of paper it suddenly "overheats" at the same time it indicates "ready"

(The shredder wont shred paper even if you put anything above it when it is in overheat mode, and it will only indicate "ready" once it cool down or free to use)

I am confuse as to why it happened, and after that the shredder wont on anymore with a half shred paper intact.

Can anyone tell me what to do?

The shredder is intimus 21 CP4

PS. I used the wrong device because I cant see any work office equipment like shredder

The shredder was working OK but squealing loudly. I took off the top part to expopse the rubber rollers and sprayed them with what I thought was canned air to clear debris, but the spray have some moisture in it. After that, even though the machine parts are clean, it won’t turn on. Do these shredders have a safety switch of some kind, that if the machinery is opened, the machine won’t run?

When I look into the feed slot, I can see paper jammed in the cutting cylinders. I’ve removed the lid and cleaned out every bit of paper from the cutting cylinders multiple times (no easy task). But shortly after doing so, the shredder jams again. I’ve oiled the cutting cylinders, which used to help. But now the shredder will only accept about 1” of paper before jamming again. I read the comments here on a different Fellowes model, but they don’t apply to my situation. On principle, I’d prefer to try and fix the problem rather than buy a new shredder; however, I don’t want to spend more on a replacement part than I would on a new shredder. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Due to a wrong utilisation some paper were locked between shaft and plastic housing.

I have disassembled all the shredder and now I need to check how to assembly back.

If you can give me some drawings or video it will help me.
