So I have a Sharp Aquos Sh-N01(Japanese Keitai Flip phone) not the above one, but it was the closest one I can find, I inserted a different battery into the phone and only realizing it has a reversed polarity, did I short cut my phone because of this? But I think there should be a reverse polar protection since there was no heat nor smoke. The battery I put in was a smaller battery with less voltage and less wh value. What should I do to fix it?

I went to the skate park on a hot day when i was leaving my friend asked if he could use my phone then he told me it wouldent turn on but i knew it wasn't dead cause the notification light was still blinking, ended up going home and plugged it in and the screen lit up and i could use the phone but for some reason the lock button wasn't working. a few days i ordered a new lock button and installed it fully charged the phone and it still isnt turning on im stumped cause the phone will turn on say its charging and then show a green light and shut back off and i cant turn it on even when its plugged in, Any suggestions? im thinking about just buying another one if its not worth fixing it.

My phone turn on but the screen is black, this because one day the screen was freeze and I open the phone without breaking any cable,then I try to take the cable of the battery with a screwdriver but before I take off the cable the screwdriver touch something close to the charging cable then the light from the photo turn on and the screen went black. Can you please tell me what is wrong with me phone and what can I do to fixed.

any time I insert my 3.5mm earphones and turn on my music, no sound comes out of the earphones.

the actual phone speakers work fine, I just don't here any sound when I have my earphones in.
