I had to take apart the hose of my Shark Classic Anti Hair Wrap Upright Pet Vacuum NZ801UKT. I’m now trying to put it back together and these two parts have just come out. Does anyone know how they go back into the hose handle please? Thanks so much!

I've replaced the circuit board, also disconnected roller motor and applied 12 VDC. Motor spun normally. With the circuit board disconnected there is only 12.4 VAC coming from the black & white wires.This seems wrong. What voltage should be going to the circuit board? Is there a schematic available. What up stream circuit could be failing?

When pulling the handle back to vacuum, the roller doesn’t engage. I have followed all the troubleshooting and it has to be the switch.

Shark Vacuum: very disappointed with new Shark Detect LA802.

After a few weeks, it frequently shuts off, the purple Detect light is always on, the top roller does not work, it does not self propel. And their web site offers no support other than virtual. I had a Shark Rotator Pro for over 13 years, without a problem..... I should have kept it. This NEW one is a nightmare.
