Shark Navigator Repair: Why is my brush roll and indicator not working?

My indicator light stays off and the brush roll doesn't function. I removed the roll and disassembled it. No blockages, everything clean, wires are good, position switch working properly. Performed wiring checks, beyond possible high resistance through the circuit board no issues noted. Can find no information on how much voltage should be being supplied to the brush roll. Or what proper resistance readings should be. Checked voltage at where the brush roll connects to the base. Vacuum on 7V with or without pressing the latch switch to imitate the bottom being connected unsure what proper voltage should be.

Shark Navigator Repair: Shark won't stand up.

The silicone(?) collar that holds the floor nozzle into the tube that connects with the upright section of the body has broken. It is the part that keeps the two connected. Is there a cheap way to find or make a replacement?

The collar that is broken has two tabs to keep it in place. One has broken. The other tab doesn't quite do the whole job. It is a flexible translucent piece that looks like it could be made of stiff silicone.

Shark Navigator Repair: Power Brush won't rotate

First time using the Power Brush on my new Shark Navigator, 5 stairs into it, sounded like it picked up something and the brush quit rotating. I immediately stopped, removed the tool and tried to find what was stuck. I see nothing stuck. I can't even rotate the brush by hand, if attached the belt just slips, with the wheel removed that holds the belt, I still can't get the brush to rotate by hand. I can move it maybe 1/2 inch but that's it. It's locked. The cover will only lift to about 1 o'clock if that makes sense, then it stops. The instruction book looks like it is removable and I might be able to remove it by prying it off the "pegs" on the end, but don't want to break it. Any suggestions?

I was able to get it off the pegs to remove it. I can force turn it a little more, but it still does not turn when the vacuum is on. I tried both settings just to be sure I wasn't using the wrong one. Neither makes the wheel turn.

Shark Navigator Repair: Missing connector between plastic handle and metal

Some months ago I noticed the handle on my vacuum becoming very lose, rattling up and down with every push and pull. The plastic part of the handle eventually detached itself from the metal tube. I found a screw that fit and went about my work. Later I had to replace it again and this time additionally placed a grommet and washer in the metal hole. Now that has come out as well. I'm not sure if the hole in the metal is expanding or not as I didn't take pictures until now and I'm not entirely sure how it was connected in the first place. Can anyone show me their still functional piece?
