Shark NV352: What can I use to clean out the dust canister?

I have the dust canister open; however I am unable to clean it out. How do I clean out the canister in such a tight space? Thanks!

Shark NV352: Why does my rotating brush stop spinning when it is in use..

I replaced belt, rotating brush on the vacuum. It starts rotating again after I put vacuum in upright position and back until vacuum position. It runs for a short period then stops rotating . It does this continuously for as long I’m using the vacuum.

My daughter pushed the red lift away button by accident and now the canister won’t lock back on the bottom piece. Any advice?? I thought if you just put it back on, it would lock in place but it doesn’t.
