Shark DuoClean Powered Lift-Away Speed: Extended wand will not click back in

Hi,

I used the extended wand on the hoover and now it will not click back in - meaning i cannot use the hoover as normal.

I have checked for anything blocking the socket (where it clicks into) and nothing in the way.

Is this a common problem or any other advise on how to fix?

Thanks!

Shark DuoClean Powered Lift-Away Speed: Lift away stuck on wrong side of stick.

Hi all, I purchased a Shark cordless vacuum cleaner, model IC160UK. I took the lift away part off to empty the filter, then my wife decided to put it back on, and she put it on back to front. It is now wedged in, the release button wont release it and I don't want to force it off. Does anybody have a fix or is it looking like having to pay for repairs as we broke it?

Thanks in advance for any help
