My chromecast keeps flashing and won't show on my TV through hdmi but mobile shows it can connect? It used to work just fine and now just stopped working. Nothing wrong with my TV.

My firestick stopped working so I ordered anew one. It won't pair and I cannot get the app screen to stay on. I have ITV and other apps on the TV and can't get to them or the settings. The only thing that comes on without my choosing is one channel on teh ITV app. Nothing on the firestick can change it. Really strange problem.

I got a new WiFi network, and now my Amazon Fire TV is stuck on the network setup screen. I lost the remote, so I can’t connect it to the Fire TV app on my phone. I tried switching TVs and unplugging it many times, but nothing works.

Is there any way to do a factory reset or fix this without having an actual remote?

I've owned this Series2 DT since it was bought brand new by my family back in 2009. It's been used very lightly over the years but I recently pulled it out because it has lifetime service. It's worth a good amount of money because of that but the title explains my issue. It starts with 3 lights (amber and red left, amber right) and then goes green and then just restarts. CrystalDiskInfo states the drive has only 1K hours which is low compared to my Philips Series1 with 15K. I hope it's not done for. If anybody knows exactly what's wrong with it please respond!

I switch to the correct HDMI input that my firestick 4k is connected but no signal stopped working like 2 months ago tried on multiple TVs and same result no TV picks up the signal I don't know if there's a cold solder joint but I don't see any bent or broken pins inside the HDMI port on the stick itself

Mediatek logo is on left and right side of my TV screen. That's all it shows. It does flash as if it's trying to reboot. I have followed all the reset instructions and contacted Amazon CS, they didn't have a clue.

Any suggestions, other than buy a new TV? I wouldn't mind trying to repair it.

I just got new broadband internet and now my Firestick will only play movies? And not the tv channels it used to? The internet guy said it could possibly be because of the IP address? My stick used to say a certain town and now it says something different.. does that matter?

Why would it allow me to play movies but not the local tv channels, I had been playing previously?

Is there a way to fix this without erasing and starting over? :(

apple tv is stuck. Wont start. Took it to the apple store and they said it is an EFROM issue and basically told me to buy a new one. Now I have my friends apple tv 2023 that has a bad power supply.

Does anyone know what the issue is and how we can fix it?
can i switch the logic boards between the two and get it started?

Hi, I've got a Chromecast with a busted admission cable. I work in a hotel, and someone over tightened a cable tie on the cable and busted it. I'm tempted to try and fix it for myself, but I've not tried it before. Is there any info out there for Changing the hdmi cable?

My OG Chromecast suddenly died. It doesn't do anything when plugging in USB power or HDMI. It was working fine a few weeks ago but then just suddenly stopped turning on. Every now and then I saw a few faint light flashes on the LED, but it stopped doing that now after I opened it up. I've tried multiple micro USB cables and external power supplies to no avail. Is there anything that I can do to repair it?

I don't want to replace it with more modern version because this one doesn't resample audio when I use it to stream audio via my AVR. I already have a 4K Chromecast plugged directly into the TV but it resamples all audio so is no good as an audio only streamer.
