Sega Genesis II: Sega Genesis Controller port does not work

My Sega Genesis 2 second controller port is not working at all, I’ve tried desoldering and soldering the port a couple times. I’ve also reflowed everything on the back of the board and checked continuity from where the controller plugs in to the resisters just in front of where the pins solder to the motherboard. The weird part is in sonic 2 and 3 it actually does kinda work but then gets stuck going left. What can I do that I haven’t already?

Sega Genesis II: Sega Genesis 2 will not boot, even though the power light comes on

My system worked fine recently, but today I powered it up and the BIOS screen wouldn’t show up. I disassembled the system, and all the inputs seemed to be soldered correctly. Is there something I might have overlooked, or might it be something related to the A/V cable? (The cable is an RF modulator cable, by the way.)

Sega Genesis II: Turns on, gets to the Copyright screen, then goes black and beeps.

I have a Sega Genesis II that when turned on will do it’s normal thing with the copyright screen, but then goes completely black no matter the game and beeps. It seems the amount of beeps changes between games. For example, if I put in Sonic 2, it never seems to stop beeping, but then on the contrary, if I put in Sonic Spinball it beeps like 2-3 times. Does anyone know what this issue could be? Thanks.

Sega Genesis II: Sega Genesis won’t show on tv.

I’ve used this Genesis on this same tv about 2 years ago using the rf unit with no issues. I wanted to see if my daughter would be interested so got it out again but the video was mostly static. I bought an rca cord for it and tried again today but just getting a black screen with a kind of humming noise. Took the unit apart to clean but didn’t see any signs of damage.

I tried to attach a video of each cord. The static one is using the rf cable and the black screen is rca. Any advice would be appreciated.
