Scuf Instinct Pro: Wireless connection issue - no longer syncing

So I had a person attempt to repair the stick drift issue it was having. On return, the repair person said that the wireless wouldnt work for them with their xbox ( this was working before I gave it to them) and they said it was never set up for xbox...
Im looking at the instinct and the ps version and I think they went through and did the repairs of the ps5 on the instinct... but I am unsure about its wireless sensors. the button does engage and light up, but no devices, windows, ps, or xbox can see it anymore.

Any suggestions on what I should focus on? or what to check to see might need to be replaced?

Scuf Instinct Pro: Why does my middle left and outside right paddle no longer work?

My controller fell off my desk recently usually not a big deal but this time when I picked it up I could hear a part rattling around inside the controller and now both of said paddles do not work. When I put the controller in mapping mode the light on the controller turns white when said paddles are pressed. But when going into Xbox accessories and pushing the mapped paddle no input pops up the other two paddles and everything else on the controller works perfectly fine.
