Hi I have a problem with my Scion tc 2006 automatic .Onlny When I stop on the light idle going down but not stay and jupm to 1200rpm ..once ,then they fall back and stay in normal place . I"ve tred everything already.Clean throttle body new throttle body ,reset ECM 1000times .the problem was permanenet . Computer it doesn't show errors.The Problem apperared after cleaning throttle body .I didn't dosconnect the battery , start engine and idle has gone to max and they didn't want to fall.Wel I turn off engine and disconnect battery then engint start normal but the problem remained .

Second PROBLEM STOPED LEARNING idle ,all electric rest but engine working the same as before the reset.

Hi guys, I have a 2015 automatic Scion tC with 21K miles. A week ago I did a transmission drain and fill at Toyota, since the car has probably sat for a while, ocd wanted fresh fluid to keep the tranny happy. Today I was leaving work and had to punch it to get into the lanes, as I hit around 40 mph the Rpms stayed at 3500 for a few seconds, almost as if I had it in sport mode and didn’t hit the paddles to make it shift. Toyota said everything looked good with the drain and fill but I’ve never had it hold rpms like that, idk if it thought I was going to keep punching it but eventually it shifted out of that state. Other than that shifting is smooth and I haven’t had any issues like that before. Could this be a tranny issue? I’ve tried reading it for codes and none show.
