Samsung galaxy a20e: My phone won't charge

A few days ago I dropped my phone in a toilet, it was in my back pocket and it was working for awhile, when I woke up the touch didn't work but the phone could still turn on, I left it in rice for a couple of days and it just started working a few hours ago but it wont charge. The battery bar at the top right blinks and a notification pops up that says “your phones temperature is too low. Charging will continue when the temperature returns to normal” and my phone stays on 1% or 0%. It was charging for a quick second and got to 2% but it stopped.

Samsung galaxy a20e: My phone screen has just cracked by itself, was only fixed 2 days ago

I got my phone repaired on Sunday last week (2 days ago) and after i got it back I noticed a couple of problems. First off, the screen was slightly disconnected at the top, but nothing was exposed and it didn't seem to be loose so I thought nothing of it. The second thing was that it felt harder to type- sometimes it would type double letters or add on ones I didn't hit. I chalked this down to my fast typing.

However, today I was using my phone, looked away and when i looked back down there was a large crack (diagram attached) on the screen but the screen protector was completely intact. I hadn't touched it at all, and i wasn't anywhere where I would have hit it against anything, or suffered any sort of impact (I was sat on my bed with the phone on the mattress). I feel like paying for a new one even though I'd already spotted faults which I can now link to the screen repair is pointless, so what should I do?

Samsung galaxy a20e: Black Screen + Soft Reset + No Splash screen but phone works

Here again!

My mom's A20e LCD suddenly go to black. Black means with no light, no touch, nothing. (Note: LCD replaced 1 month ago, but don't get carried away by this information)

But it receive call (we can talk with BT), message sound and so on. In short, until just before the LCD, it works. And I feel like excluding that it's the battery because my mom is a big talker and she only charges phone in the evening.

The moment of death. During a call with me, suddenly, without the call ending, neither of them hears the other anymore. So I hang up the call, call back and... here we are.

Making a soft reset (10/20 sec Vol UP + Power) produce an intresting behavior, after 10 seconds makes a very fast and single flash. So no splash screen.

To make sure, I made a video and during this flash there is only light, no image at all. Clearly it's the LCD backlight and this is the only small instant that the screen "turns on".

Of course I don't have a LCD replacement to test, but I ask:

Percentage chance it's the LCD?

Percentage chance it's the Battery?

Percentage chance it's the Firmware?

Percentage chance it's the Kernel/Software?

Percentage chance it's the MoBo?

Thanks a lot for your help

Samsung galaxy a20e: phone works until locking screen

Hi All,

Weird problem, I was given a phone to look at (Samsung A20e), and it all works until the phone goes into sleep mode (unused) or when the power button is pressed, the phone still works in background as it will still "beep" when receiving emails and stuff, but when you try and unlock the screen nothing is shown, the power button doesn't appear to do anything, however, when you use the power button and the down vol button to force reboot, then this does work and the phone reboots and you can use it again until the screen locks.
Furthermore when the screen is active the power button when pressed does show 3 options, power off, restart and emergency call. So the power button does work, but the power button doesn't seem to be recognised after the screen is locked. Not sure if anyone has come across this before, I have seen others mention, but I can't see a solution for this issue.

I have done the usual :
- factory reset
- Safe mode
- rebooted
- stripped and cleaned ribbon connectors

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Cheers

Samsung galaxy a20e: My screen is cracked, got water on it but the touchscreen doesn't work

So I cracked my screen years ago, it still worked perfectly fine after that but recently I brought my phone into the bathroom and placed it face down on the counter (not realizing it was wet) and took a shower. After I realized it was wet I quickly wiped it down like I usually do but this time I couldn't touch anything, it still turns on, the mic still works ( I tested that by calling for google) etc. I restarted it in case it wasn't the water and my phone was just being funky but it still turned on (it was in the logo screen for a bit but after a few restarts it was fine). The only conclusion I came up with was the water seeped through the cracks so I did the rice trick but it didn't do much. (Also there are no visual bugs like in random lines or just blacked out parts, I don't think it got a lot of water in it but after the night passed it still the screen didn't work.) Can I do anything else or should I just go to a professional to deal with this?
