Samsung galaxy J5 Prime: J5 Prime Phone will not turn on

So I've had a Samsung J5 Prime for just over 5 months now, and this is the first time it's ever acted up. I didn't charge it over the night, (I forgot) but charged it when i woke up and it was around 60% before I went to school. After about 4 hours of working fine, I went to check the time and my phone wouldn't turn on at all. Held down the power button etc and naturally assumed it had run out of battery. I remember it had about 40% charge left which I thought was a little strange, but I came home and plugged it in.

I've left it charging for about an hour and a half now, but nothing has happened, no red light, no response.

Yes, I checked if the charger was turned on.

I've tried holding down the power button while it's charging

I've tried switching power plugs and chargers

No idea what to do......

Also, the back cover doesn't come off so i cant take out the battery etc.

Samsung galaxy J5 Prime: My phone screen is unresponsive after water damage, can this be fixed?

So i've had this model of phone for a couple of months now and for the second time it has been damaged by water. (This is the second model as the first one also had water damage and was not repairable). It was not completely submerged and was in the water for less than a second but water still managed to get inside. I took everything out, dried it, used rice and restarted it a few times and the phone still manages to turn on and function almost normally. However, my screen is unresponsive despite the phone still working. It has never been dropped, scratched or anything else but i have files on there that i need and i'd rather not get a completely new model again as my make of phone is no longer available near me.

Also, the screen was bright red and blurry the first time i turned it on after i had dried it. Just over 24 hours later (now) it's fine apart from the screen issue. So what i'd like to know is:

What could the problem be?

Can it be fixed?

If not, how can i transfer files from one phone to another if the touch screen is unresponsive?

This phone only 1 month old ' have been getting issued trying to call someone saying ' they can't hear me properly and the communication sounds muffled ' phone has been glitching ' is there a way solved this problem this is brand new from shops can't believe it only 1 month and there a issue..

so today morning i hit my phone screen and half of it turned black and some lines are at the top but i can only see the time. when touching the screen where the Time is its working but i cannot open it coz the keypad is at the bottom where the screen is black. I tried to press the volume up button and home button and the power button. it took me to the recovery mood but i was unable to fix the issue because i cannot see the options that were below coz of the screen being blank. So can it be fixed manually or?

I have looked through many websites about how to fix these but the problem is non of them work. They all say things such as hold down - Power Button + Home Button + Volume Down Button - but none of these work. I have tried many things and this has happened before but I cannot remember how to fix it. I need to fix my phone because I would not have enough money to buy a new phone. Oh, and i tried pushing down the Power Button + Home Button + Volume Down Button for the first time and it just flashed a light blue screen for around half a second, after that it hasn’t done it since.

My phone keeps restarting itself, when I switch it on, the screen reads android is starting , optimizing APP 1 OF 1, then reads starting app, vibrates once switches on for less than 5 seconds then restarts again. It continues to restarts itself until battery runs flat.
