Samsung Galaxy TabPro S: Changing battery live extender settings after clean install | TabPro S

Hello Community,

i got a Samsung Galaxy TabPro S that was broken. Broken because the Tablet seems to be dead. No Charging, no flashing up anything till i opened the backcover and repluged the battery. After this i instantly have done a bios update and also i have done a clean install of Windows 10. In this case i also resized the ssd and deleted the samsung partitions on the device because i dont like the tons of hidden programs and services of samsung or other manufactures which are running in the background. But now i have the Problem that on the Tablet is the battery life extender active and set to 85%. I have tried to find any options in the Bios to set it back to 100%. Also i tryed to install all features, updates and apps of Samsung again without success.

Does anybody know how to change the batterys life extender back to 100%?

Please remember, i have no recovery of the Samsung stuff. Its just one clean partition of Windows 10 and a really short AMI Bios with no option to configurate something… something for layer-8 users i think?! What i have is the Samsung Admin Tools, but these are useless for my problem i think.

Samsung Galaxy TabPro S: How is the Supervisor Password removed?

I've worked with laptops in the past and understand how most bios passwords are removed using the hexidecimal code supplied to calculate a master password when it reports System Disabled.

Being a Windows tablet I thought the same method would have applied but it appears that every time the System Disabled screen is shown a new 44-digit hash is created.

According to Samsung master passwords do not exist for this unit. Samsung asks that the unit must be sent to a repair center to have it removed so I'm curious to find out how and where the password is stored? Finally what steps are taken to remove it?

Any Samsung service technicians out there able to answer this one?

Samsung ATIV Smart PC 500T: How can I tighten the hinges inside the keyboard dock?

The hinges inside the keyboard dock designed to work with the Samsung ATIV Smart PC 500T tablet has loosened over time. Now the tablet flops backward. This also results in the connection between the tablet and the dock coming loose. It feels like if I breathe on it wrong, the connection breaks , and I have to take it out of the dock and snap it back in to resume typing. I think the main issue is the hinges inside the dock, but I don't know how to get to them to tighten them.
