Samsung Jet Bot VR30T80313W: Battery won't charge.

So I just got my robot vacuum back after lending it to my brother.

Turned out it stopped working a while ago.

When I got it back I started to diagnose it.

The first thing I noticed was, when it's docked in the charginstation, it turns on and I can adopt it into the smart things app. The battery read 0% and no matter how long it charges it wouldn't go up.

So I started by disassembling the battery down to its individual cells. Turned out 5 out if 6 cells were completely dead (absolute 0 volts).

So I ordered some new cells and put the battery back together. The battery now shows 21,7 volts. But it still doesn't want to run outside the chargingstation.

When I use a multimeter on the battery, while it's connected to the chargingstation it shows about 25 volts on d+ to d- (the plugs from the vacuum to the PCB on the battery). And still 21,7 volts on b+ to b- (the spot welded tin to the battery). It has now charged for about 2 hours and it's still about 37% charged (so not getting charged).

I've tried to put the PCB under an thermal camera to see if anything gets hot, but it doesn't. Even with it plugged into the chargingstation, without the chargingstation or it disconnected from the robot. I've also tried to connect 21 volts 1 a with a powersupply connected both on d+ to d- and on b+ to b-, yet nothing gets hot.

Anyone have any idea on how I could fix this?

I'm pretty new to this stuff, but I do watch some youtubers like NorthridgeFix and TronicFix so I have some general idea.

Should I disconnect the cells again and maybe try injecting voltage over some of the chips on the PCB or check the resistance on some of the caps? If so i would love some guidence. I don't have a chip programmer yet, but I will order one sooner or later, if needed.

Image of the PCB here:

I'm also working on a guide on the disassembly of the batter here (ask and ill add you in order to view):

The main board does not control the battery. It always shows one digit of charge. The battery is brand new. I noticed that R109, R107 have different values. Do you have a circuit diagram of the main board or tell me the values of resistors R109, R107. Thank you.

Samsung Powerbot R9250: My power bot is just blinking when I try to charge it. do you repair?

I have a Samsung powerbot and it just stopped working one day. I have tried to replace the battery and the charging station but it does the same thing. When I move the powerbot to the charging station by hand, it starts to blink when on the charger. Then after a few mins it stops and will not charge. I am unsure if it is a fuse or what but I am looking for someone who can help fix it or someone who will repair it. I have contacted Samsung but they company they refered me to does not do repairs. It is just over a year old so there for my warranty is no good any more. Is there some place that will work on them or is there someone who knows how to fix it?

Samsung POWERbot VR9000: Vacuum Turns on for split second on charger) then off again

Samsung Powerbot r9350 will only turn on for a brief second on the charger. When start/ top button is pressed to turn unit on, it cycles between on/ charge and off roughly every second.

Unit turning on:

Unit turning off:

It will not power on when not on the charger. I've used a known unit to compare a different battery and charger with no change.

Annoying thing is this unit was just working after I replaced a wheel unit. Tried to plug parts from another unit doing the same thing and now this unit is doing it. So I must have done something to one of the PCA's (either main or battery).

Anyone have any ideas on how to repair this? Finding parts or support is pretty difficult at this point in the product life cycle.
