Samsung Refrigerator RS267TD: Keep getting PC error on Samsung fridge RS267TDPN

It’s been 3 years and I still can’t get a clear cut answer on why this fridge is having all these problems. We keep getting PC error and SE errors. Also the fridge randomly stops cooling to point the temperature on fridge side gets to sometimes low 60’s. I’ve taken everything out multiple times and defrosted the fan that was covered in ice. I’ve watched 1000 videos and read everything I can. Some people say you need a new display board since the error codes keep coming back, others say you need a new main board, and then others say it’s the inverter board, or maybe it’s the evaporating fan. I also read that you should prop up front wheels to make sure doors stay shut. I talked to a repair guy and he said he could replace everything and the problems would still come back. I’m literally willing to do and try anything at this point!! I’m renting my house out in a month and I’m pretty sure my tenants are not going to want to unplug fridge multiple times per week. PLEASE HELP!!!
