Samsung Refrigerator RF4267HA: Flex drawer on Samsung refrigerator.

Flex drawer temp. can not be regulated, stays at about 25degrees regardless of which button you push. I have replaced both sensors to no avail. My next guess is that there may be a motorized damper of some sort that may be the problem but I havent found detailed drawings to see how to get to it, or if there is such a thing.
