Water pitcher fills and ice maker works. Three Samsung techs unable to find problem. Replaced Door, Dispenser, Control Card and upper door sensors. Suggestions?

Update (07/20/2022)

Found problem. Cut wire on the wire harness coming from frig to left door. Wire repaired, problem solved.
