Samsung Refrigerator RF27T5201: Noisy RF27T5201SR/AA - 2021 model french dr w/ ice & H2O dispenser.

RF27T5201SR/AA - 2021 model
French door w/ ice & H2O dispenser on left door.
Freezer on the bottom.

Intermittent whining / loud hum on the top left side of fridge.
Stops when fridge doors are opened (either one).
Does not stop when Freezer door is opened.

Listening from within freezer compartment sounds like it is farther away than when listening from outside (ear against left side of fridge).

Maybe it is the "auger motor assembly" fan?
DA97-12540G
Any chance we can just replace the fan and not the entire assembly if it is the culprit?

Samsung Refrigerator RF27T5201: Samsung RF27T5241SR/AA Freezer Not Cold Enough

I am experiencing the same exact problem with a Samsung model RF27T5241SR/AA. Unit is less than 2 years old. I've tried all the above fixes. Replaced defrost and temp sensors. Fan is running. Nothing freezing up. Nothing works.

When I do a hard reset the panel temp reads correctly, matching actual freezer temp. I watch the temp drop on the panel and compare with TWO manual thermometers in the freezer. The panel temp matches the actual freezer temp as it drops until it reaches approx 25F. At that point the freezer actual temp stays between 25F and 30F. The panel continues to show dropping temps to what ever the set point is (i've tried settings from 0F to -8F.)

So frustrating. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank You!!
