I have a 1 year old Samsung French 3 door refrigerator and the freezer is not cooling properly.

I noticed that my freezer was defrosting all my food and the temperature on the display panel was blinking. There were no error codes, just blinking -1.

I have reset the unit by unplugging it and waiting 30 seconds, and plugging it back in. I looked at the temperature when I plugged it back in and my fridge was at 45 and my freezer was at 64. I put in the suggested temperature 39 and -2, my fridge temperature went all the way down to 39, but my freezer is at 62, 24-hours later.

Iā€™m not sure what else to do, can anyone help?
