Is there any other alternatives or sites i can buy an aftermarket or second hand battery?

Samsung POWERbot VR9000: How can I reset the Samsung Powerbot VR9000 computer?

first I had a C06 error message, and my docking station green light was blinking and not charging. After cleaning all sensors and the brush very well, I turned the unit off and on as instructions stated. Now I either get a C01 error message or it just docks itself and acts like its charging but never really does. Is there a way to reset the computer in the unit?

The main board does not control the battery. It always shows one digit of charge. The battery is brand new. I noticed that R109, R107 have different values. Do you have a circuit diagram of the main board or tell me the values of resistors R109, R107. Thank you.

Samsung POWERbot VR9000: No green light charging

I was getting a C06 error message, fully cleaned the entire unit and all sensors but it won't charge. When I dock it, it counts down to 0 and then the bars start scrolling like it was charging, but the green light never comes on the charger and unit does not charge. Charger seems okay, red light is on, all sensors are clean and vacuum has new battery. What is wrong?

Samsung POWERbot VR9000: Vacuum Turns on for split second on charger) then off again

Samsung Powerbot r9350 will only turn on for a brief second on the charger. When start/ top button is pressed to turn unit on, it cycles between on/ charge and off roughly every second.

Unit turning on:

Unit turning off:

It will not power on when not on the charger. I've used a known unit to compare a different battery and charger with no change.

Annoying thing is this unit was just working after I replaced a wheel unit. Tried to plug parts from another unit doing the same thing and now this unit is doing it. So I must have done something to one of the PCA's (either main or battery).

Anyone have any ideas on how to repair this? Finding parts or support is pretty difficult at this point in the product life cycle.

Samsung POWERbot VR9000: VR7000 wont start even though it is fully charged

I have the powerbot vacuum for over a year now and the vacuum cleaner suddenly stopped working. I am still able to charge it by placing it on the dock. However, after the initial startup 3 beeps, it doesnt produce the usual melody and the 3 indicators went off for awhile, then the battery indicator starts blinking while the other 2 is not lighted up.

I suspect there may be a problem with the main PCB. Is there anyone facing the same issue and managed to fix it? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Samsung POWERbot VR9000: Why does Powerbot VR7000 stop after a few seconds

Brand new Samsung VR7000 worked beautifully three times. After that, it operates normally for only a few seconds at a time and then stops. Indicator lights show that it is fully charged. I have tried turning on and off the power switch on the underside, I have cleaned the sensors, emptied and cleaned the dust container and filters… Am at a loss as to what I should try next. Any suggestions welcome.
