Samsung NX Mini: Zoom lens won't unlock

I have never drop this camera or taken off the lens after first putting it on. It's been about 9 months since I had this camera. The zoom lens won't unlock after rotating it like I normally would. This has been going on for 2 months. What can I do to fix it so the lens will unlock and I can use the camera again?

Samsung NX Mini: Firmware Update Failure/Crash nx mini

My NX Mini failed during a firmware update, now it will not turn on and it loops with red/green led flash, lens startup and shutdown. i had to remove the battery during the firmware update i was installing as it 'hung'. now i appear to have an expensive (mini) brick. I'm sure there's a solution but cannot find one or even someone with the same or a similar issue. Please help me :-/

I want to remove the "no lens" error when the lens is not attached, but I can not. I want to use with 3rd party manual lens (M42 Hellios)

My camera is having trouble with auto focus. On auto I can hear it trying but the picture just get more blurred. On the smart settings I can get it to focus but it requires zooming in more than I would like.

Ok so I have the Samsung nx mini and when I record sometimes the sound works and other times there’s a sound like staticky and then eventually it will just be completely silent it doesn’t happen all the time but if I was to record two videos changes are the sound would only work for one.
