Samsung NX500: Why is any SD Card not recognized by the camera NX500?

I just bought an already used NX500.

I tried to insert many SD cards including new ones or formated ones and the camera message is "card error. Reinsert card, switch off and on the camera".

It never recognizes the memory card.

It seems the firmware is ok 1.12.
