Samsung NX30: My phone won't connect to the camera!

No matter what I do I can't seem to be able to connect my Samsung NX30 to my phone? I bought it about a month ago and am just now trying to use this feature because I want my photos on my phone and my computer. USB connection works fine for plugging it into my laptop but I can't connect it to my phone that way and the wifi won't work! I lost my manual, can't find anything that helps online, and I can't connect it to my phone or my home network. Am I missing something? Please help!

My Samsung NX 30 will not power on. I have tried leaving the battery out over night, the battery is fully charges and working fine in another camera. Is there a hard factory reset?

So I got this camera as a birthday present and it's been working really well. I love the photos it takes but now all of them are blurry. I can see all of them just fine but there is a big blurred spot in the top right hand corner of every photo. I let my daughter use it the other day with her friends, so maybe she got something stuck in there or on the lens itself.

I may be savvy when it comes to taking pictures but I know nothing when it comes to fixing these kinds of issues. Is it possible there is maybe dirt on the lens? And if that's the case, how would I go about taking it apart or fixing that issue?

Samsung NX30: The flash isn't working!

Alright, I bought this camera about 2 weeks ago and have everything still, used it right out of the box until yesterday, when the flash wouldn't work anymore. I've done all I can without breaking the thing, the button doesn't really work so I kinda have to force it open (which I don't want to do because it might break), and then once I do get it open the flash isn't working. Is it possible I need to take it apart and replace the bulb? If so, I'm not really comfortable with that, but is it possible this could be a software issue?

Samsung NX30: Lens will not focus

Hi!

I got this camera three months ago and very satisfied with picture quality. Recently, I noticed that 55 mm lens that came with the camera stopped focusing. It will focus only on 45 mm, but not on 18mm. I tried changing settings from manual focus and back. Took the lens off and put it back.

I have a Samsung NX11 (sorry for the misleading device picture, there was no NX11 in options) which is 7 years old and while recording a video suddenly the screen froze and turned black(and doesn't turn on). I thought it might just be the batteries so I changed them and it still doesn't turn on. I feel like I have tried everything and I want to see if I can fix it myself before thinking about getting service. Can anyone help?

Went to use my camera ( only about eighteen months old and little used ) only to find it completely unresponsive. Tried several batteries ( all voltage tested ) to no avail. Any suggestions please.
