Samsung NP350V5C-S0QAE: Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failed) with all storage devices - Samsung NP350V5C-S0QAE

My Samsung NP350V5C-S0QAE laptop is experiencing a universal USB issue. When I connect any external storage device (USB flash drive or external HDD), I get an "Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failed)" error in Device Manager.

Interestingly, simple USB devices like a mouse or keyboard work perfectly on all ports. The issue occurs on both the motherboard-integrated ports (left side) and the secondary USB assembly board ports (right side).

What I have tried so far:

1. Uninstalling all USB controllers and Root Hubs in Device Manager and restarting.

2. Disabling "USB Selective Suspend" in Power Options.

3. Unchecking "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" for all USB Hubs in Device Manager.

4. Performing a hard reset (removing battery/charger and holding the power button for 60 seconds).

5. Toggling "Fast BIOS Mode" and "USB Charge" settings in the BIOS.

6. Updating drivers via Samsung Update.

My battery works normally and the laptop does not shut down randomly. Since the problem affects all ports only when high-power/storage devices are connected, I suspect a 5V power delivery issue on the motherboard or a specific Intel USB 3.0 controller failure.

Has anyone encountered this specific "Port Reset Failed" behavior on this model, and is there a known board-level fix or a specific driver version that resolves this?

Samsung Laptop: How can I fix this HDMI issue?

I have a samsung rv515 laptop that has a broken laptop screen and can't see through it. When i turn it on and connect it to hdmi, nothing shows up. I waited about 5 minutes before connecting it to the tv. I have did this before when the screen was not broken. However, it seems to me that there must be a boot up problem. Any Suggestions? I have no idea what to do with this.

Samsung Odyssey Neo G9 47": Two thin black vertical bands near the center of screen

Hello, I bought three of these Samsung Odyssey Neo G9 47" monitors to try to Frankenstein into a working monitor. Two had cracked screens and one had an intact screen, it just would not power on.

Unfortunately one is a different enough model that the parts are not the same inside. However I was able to swap parts from one with a cracked screen to the one with a screen that is not cracked.

Initially it was not powering on but after I swapped out the boards it powered on just fine. However it has two thin black bands equally distant from the center one left of center and one right of center. They are about the width of maybe a thin chopstick.

Each one is about 2 inches from the center.

The menu option that floats around the screen shows the bands as it passes through them. When I plug it into my laptop it works, aside from those two black bands. I have tried several different variations of the boards and it doesn't make a difference. I have reseated all of the cables that go to the boards, but not anything on the panel side.

I'd love some help on this.
