Samsung LN-T5265F: Internal damage to screen?

So I recently moved and just set up my TV again, on the outside the TV looks perfect, no cracks or scratches, but when I turn it on the screen looks fractured with tons of colored lines. I can still see the menu and images 'behind' the cracks. So I'm trying to see if this can be repaired or if I'm screwed and have to buy a new TV.

Samsung LN-T5265F: Why is my tv keeping restarting itself every 5 seconds with no picture

When I plug the tv in, it keeps trying to turn on and after about a 5 second initialize, it makes a ring sounds and repeats the cycle. the remote is completely inoperateable in this state and the tv buttons the same. The only way to stop it is to unplug it and when you plug back in it just keeps repeating. Prior to this issue, I would have issues with it dropping signal and when I did get it to function, picture distortion (red, green, blue, black balance off/ shadowed shapes)

Samsung LN-T5265F: TV turns on, but then immediately turns off

I purchased my Samsung television 3 years ago - December 2013. The television worked absolutely great! One day, for no apparent reason, the television would turn off, then immediately turn off again. After extensive research, I discovered a reset that instructs you to push the power and volume buttons simultaneously. A menu is suppose to appear, but nothing popped up on my screen. Is there anything else we can try? Please help. I would have hoped this television would have lasted longer than just 2.5 years.
