My jitterbug was left in pants pocket and went through the wash cycle and even though we dried it out and put it in rice for a day it still does not work. Is there any hope h

Samsung Jitterbug: Outgoing calls won't send and incoming go to voicemail

I first realized a problem when I got complaints that calls were going to voicemail. When I tried to place a call it ended without sending. I tried numerous calls and it is the same. And no one can call me without going to voicemail. I can not answer the voicemail on the jitterbug.
