I've tried powering down the phone, removing the battery, and switching the sim card. My touchscreen just stopped working. I can’t reply to texts or even look at my text messages. Please help!

My phone says out of range and it won't let me read my messages.

How can I reset my phone if the screen isn't working and I can't get to the keyboard?

My touchscreen has been dropped a few times, but not too hard. It finally just stopped working. Do you have any suggestions on what I should do?
