How can I Force the two earbuds to sync up and become one Bluetooth device?

They are coming up as two separate Bluetooth devices in settings and I can only connect to one at a time.

Is there a way to force reset them?

Disclaimer: I cannot Reset through the app as that only works with two of them connected. Right now I'm the wearables app there are two separate devices.

3 days ago my Galaxy buds on the right side started to get low volume but with the left it's completely fine. I tried resetting twice,seeing if there's any physical damage or liquid,but it's still occurring. How do I fix it?

Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus: Sound Balance issue, one bud is suddenly way too quiet

While using just the left bud, it suddenly got very quiet. I assumed the battery had run down, but it hadn’t. Both buds still work, but the left bud volume is MUCH softer, so as to be unusable.

I’m trying to decide if this is a mechanical issue or software issue.

The problem occurs across multiple devices, after unpairing/repairing, and with and without the Wear app. The software is up to date through the Wear app.

The bud is not visibly clogged, but is there a way to take off the metal sound screen for cleaning? The teardown video doesn’t show this.

Samsung Galaxy Buds Live: I put my buds still in the case through the washing machine.

I accidentally soaked them in water with them in my jeans pocket and then they went through the wash alongside my jeans. Is it possible o fix them. They don’t work at all - no light is created and they don’t connect to my device. They are still intact though.

Hi everyone!

I just saw a video by Phone Repair Guru on YouTube, disassembling the actual earbuds (and the case as well). The battery seemed lightly soldered, but easily removable. I am unaware however what type of battery the buds are using and whether it can be purchased or not - either from iFixit or from somewhere else.

Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus: Microphone audio unusable in one ear Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus

My left earbud has really bad audio. The right earbud sounds fine but the left one isn't as loud and it has a hissing sound similar to TV static or a high pitched squeal.

I'm pretty sure this is because of the buildup in the tiny holes (which I assume are for the microphones) on each ear bud getting clogged with debris and gunk (maybe I broke the mic by inserting toothpicks in too far too many times) and that these have been drenched in water and I have not dried them fast enough with a heat gun.

I have used 99% Isopropyl Alcohol but nothing seems to get the left earbud's mic to work properly again.

Any idea on where to go from here? I have not decided to open them up but I have the tools to do so and that might be the only way.

Here in the past 2-3 days the right earbud of my Galaxy Buds Pro has gotten quieter and quieter to the point that now I don't believe the speaker is functioning anymore. The battery is charging and holds charge and the touch functions all work as well, just no audio output. Is there a way to replace it myself? If not does anyone know of a company that is capable of replacing the speaker? Ubreakitifix is a company that I found that will fix them but ONLY if they have insurance… I don't want to have to spend another 140-200 on a new set and would like to believe there is a better option as the left one still works perfectly fine.. please help.

When I use anc and the other to there is a rattling sound if I use with non modification there is not any sound
