Samsung HT-J7500W: Sound coming from left port has a hiss.

Hello! I have a Samsung HT-J7500W surround system that makes a hissing sound on all sounds coming from the left port. I've tried buying a new cable and switching the speakers to make sure none of these were the problem and the hissing stayed in the same location.

Sometimes unplugging the system for some time makes it stop making that sound for a while before it starts going again. I've also noticed that louder sounds and volumes seem to "trigger" the hissing quicker. I don't know how to go about troubleshooting this and would appreciate any guidance.
