It seems that the bracket on the screen doesn't click into place when open. I think the bracket may have broken and don't have a clue where to get it repaired! Any advice is greatly appreciated!

When I plug it in, the camera shows a red light on the side, and after a while it changes to green. However, it never turns on. I thought the battery might be old, but I bought another one, and the same thing happens.
