Samsung Gravity TXT: How to fix my phone speaker/ringer?

My cell phone fell into swimming pool and it was working when I got it out. I found out after a while that the ringer is not working when one of my friends kept telling me that he was calling and I did not answer. However, there is no sound coming out from the phone. I've been putting it under the sunlight to dry it but it still not working. Is there any possible way to make the ringer work again?

Samsung Gravity TXT: My phone will turn on but the screen is black

So the other day the screen on my phone quit working. I tried restarting it, but that didn't work. What happens is that it will turn on since I can hear it start up, but nothing will show on the screen.

The phone will randomly turn itself off or reset itself without me actively going into the settings to reset it, and will choose a different network and not let me receive messages.
